Beautifully remodeled mountain cabin nestled in the heart of the San Juan Mountains at an elevation of 8,671 feet above sea level in the peacefully scenic and historic Town of Lake City which was established in 1875. With 96% Public Land in Hinsdale County, the area offers abundant wildlife, exploration of five Colorado Fourteeners, four Wilderness Areas, the Alpine Loop Back Country Byway, the Silver Thread Scenic Byway, fabulous fly fishing in the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River, and recreation on the second largest natural lake in Colorado, Lake San Cristobal.

2024 Rates

• $1,550 for 7 nights
• $240 per night with a 4 day minimum
• $150 Cleaning fee
• 25% deposit upon booking
• Cancellation with full refund allowed 30 days prior to booking dates.  Deposit non-refundable if closer than 30 days prior to booking dates.

• Winterization fee payment required of $300 separate from rate cost
